(PSR)Professional Sales Recruiter Certification
The Professional Sales Recruiter certification is unique to the Porter Group. PSR is sales recruiting specific, not a catch all, generic certification that anyone can get. It is a 3 hour rigorous, live fire, real scenario training program. It incorporates all the fundamental sales recruiting skills as well as Porter Group’s advanced proprietary techniques. Our recruiters are recertified once a year. The end result is that our candidates and clients do not have their needs left in the hands of amateurs.
Value Added Services
Once our candidates have been interviewed by us, we provide them the ability to log into their own personal site to do such things as review and update their information and review their interview activities. For our clients, we provide them with a personal site to review their ongoing and past candidate pipeline, vital stats, history, measurement tools and an active interview calendar. We also provide video conferencing services for our clients and candidates .
